Traditionally used for respiratory and frequently confused with ravensara which is also used for respiratory. Ravintsara is highly effective but is deemed safer for children, the elderly and preganant women. It is a more camploraceous scent than ravensara. Anti infectious, anti inflammatory, antiviral. Diffuse or place 1 or 2 drops in hand, rub hands togeher, cup over nose and inhale for 3 minutes. Can also put 1 drop in a bowl of hot water, lean over bowl and inhale vapors with towel over head and eyes closed to prevent eye irritation. In hale from cotton ball. See "Inhalers."
